Who am I
I am a young and energetic manager with a keen eye for business. I am an avid believer in creating a determined team and work environment with the attitude, emotional intelligence, and technical skills that can approach challenges head-on with the necessary amount of civil aggression. I was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Having completed my high school education, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Addis Ababa University, College of Business and Economics, and my Master of Arts in Project Management from Addis Ababa University, School of Commerce. On the professional side of my life, I have seven years of experience in the banking sector, after which I joined Sinopia Import and Export PLC.
How i make a Difference
My main job lies in helping my team excel. I always try to support teammates in overcoming their challenges and assist them in bringing the best out of all of us. In this regard, I believe my communication skills and relationship management experience I have gathered over the years have enabled me significantly. I also maintain excellent relations with key stakeholders for our company, including government offices, financial institutions, suppliers, and the like. Luckily for me, I have experienced and visionary board members, who provide exceptional support and guidance and are always cooperative in a shared commitment to the goal of never-ending self-improvement.
Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them.
What motivates me
I believe everyone has that one (or more) inner urge to do better, to be better. I believe we should strive to be better in all aspects of our lives. My motivation lies, in one day meeting the perfect version of myself.

Interacting with another entity is often challenging, especially for the first time. I understand you may have doubts and reservations. However, I recommend you try Sinopia! Though my motives might seem suspicious, I can, without a doubt in my mind, state that Sinopia's commitment to excellence is outstanding, if not unparalleled. Fun Fact
In my spare time, in addition to self-improvement materials and spending time with friends and family, I watch football. I am a passionate supporter of Manchester United, which needs our support now more than ever.
