Who am I
After earning my BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Gondar, I entered the engineering world to explore my passion for the construction sector. I have always wanted to work in an environment that allows me to integrate my engineering theoretical knowledge with business skills to build and implement an engineered solution to real-world problems. As a result, I was overjoyed to begin my journey with Sinopia as an Import Manager right from the start, contributing to the provision of solutions that truly matter.
How i make a Difference
Being responsible for the divisions within the import department, I manage the overall operations, beginning with the sourcing of technically sound products from suppliers found globally, the import process, sales of our products and services through direct approach and tenders to our customers, and establishing institutional relationships with potential customers. My most important role as a manager is to facilitate efficient operations to achieve Sinopia's goals and objectives, which vary from day-to-day operations to long-term goals and milestones. Considering the big picture, I strive to lead my team by example so we can offer unmatched solutions to our customers engaged in water, power, construction, education, and many other sectors.
Whatever you do, do it heartily; not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart!
What motivates me
The fact that I have been part of this incredible team from the early stages, testifying to where we have reached right now, and most importantly, looking forward to how far and big we will go, is my true driving force.
